This Policy does not govern third-party websites, applications, or integrations that maintain their own privacy policies.

For information collected through our website, sales process, account administration, billing, marketing, and support activities, Quikit generally acts as the data controller or Data Fiduciary.

When a business customer uploads, stores, manages, or otherwise processes information through Quikit, the customer generally determines the purpose and manner in which that information is processed. In those circumstances, the customer acts as the controller or Data Fiduciary, and Quikit acts as its service provider or data processor.

Questions relating to information controlled by a Quikit customer should normally be directed to that customer.

3.1 Account and identity information

We may collect:

• Business email address.

• Job title.
• Company or organization name.
• Username and authentication information.
• Profile image.
• Department, team, role, and reporting information.
• Account preferences and configuration settings.

3.2 Organization and subscription information

• Selected Quikit products and subscription plan.
• Billing contact information.
• Invoice and transaction information.
• Tax identification information where required.
• Subscription status and account history.

Payment card information may be processed directly by an authorized payment provider. Quikit may not receive or store complete payment card details.

3.3 Customer Content

“Customer Content” means information submitted, uploaded, created, connected, imported, or stored by a customer or its users through Quikit.

Depending on the products used, Customer Content may include:

• Customer and prospect records.
• Contact information.
• Sales opportunities and pipeline data.
• Emails, messages, files, attachments, and notes.
• Projects, tasks, tickets, timesheets, documents, and comments.
• Employee and workforce information.
• Attendance, performance, goal, and organizational information.
• Marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Construction, infrastructure, operational, or financial records.
• Custom fields, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations.
• AI prompts, instructions, inputs, generated outputs, and user feedback.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis to submit Customer Content to Quikit.

3.4 Website, device, and usage information

We may automatically collect:

• IP address.
• Browser type and version.
• Device type and operating system.
• Approximate location derived from IP address.
• Referring and exit pages.
• Pages viewed and links clicked.
• Session duration.
• Login timestamps.
• Product interactions and feature usage.
• API activity.
• Error reports, diagnostic data, and performance information.
• Security logs and authentication events.

3.5 Communications and support information

When you contact us, we may collect:

• The content of your inquiry.
• Support tickets and correspondence.

When an AI feature is used:

• Prompts, instructions, relevant Customer Content, and contextual data may be processed to generate the requested output.
• Quikit may use authorized AI infrastructure providers to deliver certain functionality.
• AI-generated outputs may be stored as part of the customer’s workspace or activity history.
• Product interaction data and user feedback may be used to evaluate safety, quality, reliability, and performance.
• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular use and should be reviewed by an authorized human user.

Quikit does not sell Customer Content.

Any use of Customer Content for model training, product improvement, or analytics will be governed by the applicable customer agreement, product settings, lawful instructions, and applicable law.

Customers must not use Quikit AI features to process information unlawfully or to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review and safeguards.

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to:

• Keep users signed in.
• Remember settings and preferences.
• Operate website and application functionality.
• Maintain security.
• Measure website traffic and product usage.
• Understand marketing performance.
• Improve user experience.

When you enable an integration, information may be shared with the third-party provider according to your instructions and the permissions granted.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8.4 Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to:

Following account termination, Customer Content may remain available for a limited period to allow export or recovery. It may then be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our standard deletion processes, unless continued retention is legally required.

Information may remain temporarily in secure backup systems until the relevant backup cycle expires.

We maintain administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe option included in the message or by contacting us.

Even after opting out of marketing communications, we may continue to send transactional or service-related communications concerning your account, security, billing, support, or material changes to the services.

Quikit is designed for businesses and professional users and is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children for their own independent use of Quikit.

A customer that uses Quikit to process information relating to children is responsible for obtaining any required parental or guardian consent and complying with applicable child-protection and data-protection laws.

Quikit may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third parties.

Users should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal obligations, or business practices.

The updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
